Our client in the Fenton area is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator who will be working alongside the Area Sales Managers to ensure all orders and planned promotions are processed accurately, efficiently and providing support from start to finish.

About the role:

To process orders accurately and with 100% fulfilment where possible ensuring all deadlines are met

Coping well under pressure

Deal with customer requests – line forms, images, specs, QA requirements, data analysis

Out of hours working may be required during busy periods and where out of hours bookings are obtained

Ensuring customers re work requirements are met and communicated to the relevant departments

Input and manage monthly forecasting, liaising with merchandising on a regular basis

Attend meetings with customers to discuss stock levels, future buy availability and service efficiency

Handling customer queries – delivery discrepancies, price queries and other account queries

Ensuring backorders are completed on a weekly basis and orders are updated accordingly

Work as part of a team & support colleagues where possible, provide holiday cover

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Processing of reports to ensure orders have been processed accurately and with 100% fulfilment where possible Problem analysis and problem solving
