Oversee daily activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping of products.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales departments to maintain appropriate stock levels.

Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity, minimize errors, and reduce costs.

Train new team members on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, quality control, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination and timely order fulfillment.

Utilize warehouse management systems and other technology to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
